With the development of science and technology, Internet of Things(IOTs) have become a new research hotspot. In the specific application of IOTs, the location information is a fundamental attribute of the user or of things, only a combination of user location information will be more meaningful message. For example, in fire monitoring system, only do we know the exact location of the fire can we carry out the rescue operation, and in environment monitoring, only those data which have accurate positon information are valuable. Therefore, location-aware technology has become one of the key enabling technologies of IOTs. In this paper, for the location-aware of the IOTs, we do the following research.Positioning accuracy of existing node positioning technology is not high.. In order to meet the positioning accuracy of requirements of location-aware, the paper describes the optimization algorithm based on artificial fish node localization algorithm, which based on the analysis and summary of the current node localization algorithm and artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA). It uses RSSI centroid localization algorithm to build the fitness function based on Fish optimization algorithm. In order to achieve the purpose of improving the accuracy of node localization, the fitness function is optimized for AFSA. Through simulation experiments:Compared with other optimization algorithms, the algorithm has obvious advantages and the positional accuracy of the algorithm can meet the requirements of the location-aware systems.For the characteristics of energy constrained and poor link stability of IOTs nodes, the paper proposes a location-aware routing protocol of IOTs from the perspective of energy-aware and link stability considerations. The protocol builds the network routing based on the residual energy of nodes and the link stability between nodes, meanwhile, establishes a make-before-break routing mechanism. So the location-aware routing protocol greatly extends the life cycle of the network and improves the stability of the network routing.Through the study of node localization algorithm and routing protocols, the paper proposes a location-aware prediction system on the basis of D-Shafer theory. The system greatly improves the effectiveness and accuracy of location-aware, which is a strong complement to the location positioning algorithm. Using the strategy can automatically determine the position of the nodes at the next moment.Combined with node self-positioning, network routing algorithm, location-aware prediction algorithm and other key technologies, this paper presents a coal mine personnel safety monitoring system. The system is capable of real-time monitoring of underground personnel location, environment parameters and other information.
