Transportation is closely related to everyone’s life and development of overall economic and social. Traffic congestion, Traffic safety and environmental pollution are the three major challenges of today’s international transport. Solving traffic problems is essential for improving the efficiency of travel and travel safety, promoting the rapid development of economic and social, improving people’s living standards. In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, it provides technical support to solve the traffic problem and to realize traffic modernization. Vehicular network is the key of traffic information technology. And it is an important part of the Intelligent Transportation. However, Vehicular network is faced with a series of very challenging problems from the basic theory of architecture to the network system and its key technologies. First, in terms of network technology, the delay of satellite communications and the spectrum scarcity of cellular radio systems, is difficult to support a large number of communications of vehicles and roadside infrastructure. Thus, Vehicular network must be dedicated short-range wireless communications system, cellular wireless network systems, and a heterogeneous wireless network systems. However, heterogeneous network significantly reduces the efficiency of network resources. Secondly, in mobile services, the media (especially social entertainment media) has become a mainstream vehicular network applications in recent years. It needs large bandwidth, real-time demands. However, the vehicular node moves quickly. So it causes frequent dynamic changes of network topology, and reduces the quality of the radio link. Meanwhile, the transmission of information may be interrupted at any time.In this paper, mobile cloud computing applies to vehicular network based on the mobile Internet and cloud computing. It is possible to need huge demand for computing resources, storage resources and network resources in the traffic system, but also to solve efficiently problems about processing vast amounts of information. We have designed three layer network architecture (Central Cloud-Roadside Cloud- Vehicular Cloud) toward cloud-based vehicular network. It allows vehicular unit access to the appropriate level of the system for cloud services based on their ability to communicate and the network environment. And it matches resources to wireless network resources and mobile cloud computing. In addition, roadside unit deploys cloudlet. And it provides network access capabilities and data processing capabilities. It also provides services to the vehicle in its coverage area, reduces network traffic pressure, improves data processing efficiency, and reduces delay, which vehicular terminal access to a remote cloud. So, it meets the needs of real-time applications. The rapid movement of the vehicular unit, results dynamic changes frequently in network topology. The transmission of information may be interrupted at any time in vehicular network. At the same time, it seriously affect the quality of services, and pose a great challenge to steady services of mobile cloud computing. Dynamic migration of virtual machine can solve this bottleneck. So it offers continuous service and improves the quality of user’s experience. This paper also research a resource reservation scheme based on Markov chain analysis methods. It ensures the smooth process of the VM living migration without affecting continuous service of cloud. Finally, the experiment is design to examine the system. And it achieve the desired result.
