With the popularity of mobile devices, as well as the rapid development of 3G and 4G, mobile cloud computing shows great potential and prospect, which is a product of the combination of cloud computing and mobile network technology. Mobile cloud computing refers to a service mode which the mobile user can use the mobile Internet as the medium of the network to enjoy the services provided by cloud computing platform. Mobile cloud computing not only extends the cloud computing service, but also let cloud computing closely connect with people’s daily lives together, which make people’s life become more simple, convenient and efficient. Therefore, mobile terminal devices has become indispensable tool in people’s daily life, and there are more and more applications and services gradually deployed on mobile devices. However, the performance of mobile devices is limited, in the service mode of mobile cloud computing, the applications and services can be migrated to the cloud and then process and store the service data with the consumption of electricity, so that we can get rid of the limit of performance of mobile devices. But because of the small batteries, which is one of the characteristics of mobile devices, the battery capacity is limited, and can’t meet the increasing energy needs in the process of migration. In addition, in the mobile cloud computing environment, due to mobile devices keep on moving, which leads to network interruption, so that the second migration is required, which will also increase the energy consumption of mobile devices in the process of task migration. Under the condition of the limited battery capacity, how to design the migration strategy and migration methods to save the energy consumption of mobile devices and achieve the goal that extend the time which use a mobile devices on a single charge, has become a problem urgently to be solved in the present academia and industry.Aiming at the problem of how to save the energy consumption of mobile device, first of all, this paper designed and implemented a fine-grained tasks migration technology in the mobile cloud environment from the view point of technical feasibility and realistic feasibility. The technology is based on the static analysis and dynamic analysis, uses the thread migration technology as the core, which achieves the goal of save the energy consumption of mobile device by migrate the tasks to the cloud server or other mobile devices around, which conform to the principle of “the energy consumption of migration is less than the energy consumption of exection the tasks”. Secondly, we also aims at the characteristics of mo bile network interface and second migration, to further save energy consumption of mobile devices, and ensure the task would be able to complete the migration process, we put forward binding migration strategy and second migration policies.Finally, we use a lot of experiments on real equipment and instruments, not only studied the characteristics of mobile network interface in the process of data transmission, but also measured the effect of saving energy consumption and saving time after we use binding migration strategy. In addition, we also analyzed which program can meet the principle of “the energy consumption of migration is less than the energy consumption of exection the tasks”, which is suitable for migration, and we proved the advantages of our task migration technology on the effect of saving energy by comparing with the task migration technology of clone cloud framework.
