In accordance with the need of greenhouse planting cultivation of grapes, a smartmanagement system of grapes greenhouse which is based on Programmable System-on-Chip(PSoC) is presented in this paper. Working node in this system and data aggregation nodes arebased on programmable chip, and can be configured node peripherals and kernel modulesaccording to specific needs.The system can collect cultivation parameters like soil temperatureand humidity, ambient temperature and humidity, sunlight radiation and other parameters ofgrapes greenhouse cultivation, and to achieve the basic operation of greenhouse electrical control.The working node and aggregation node gather via Zigbee network communication technology,the specific implementation after work node in the data collected by Zigbee module will gather inthe sink, the sink after receiving the data transfer process, pass remote PC monitoring system. ThePC monitoring system using JSP technology to concrete implementation, after the serial date isread and stored in the date extraction to establish the corresponding mathematical model, and thenshow up in the form of reports for user analysis. The ways of data showing are real-time andnon-real-time.In the real-time show,users know some parameters of environment of current grapegreenhouse and can make a deal in the first time when exception occurs.Besides,the system addsmailing mechanism.When exceptions occur,the system sends an e-mail about nodeposition,abnormal parameters and unusual time to the specified mailbox.And user can learn someinformation about the cultivation environment of the entire greenhouse and sum up rules such aswhich nodes or parameters most likely be abnormal.User can take some certain measures toreduce the incidence of abnormal according these information.In the non-real-time show,users cancompare the various environmental parameters at different times by different angles and sum upthe law and find the best environment for grape.Besides receiving data,PC sends some controlcommands to specified nodes and then these nodes do some corresponding control operations.Theinterface of PC is simple and elegant.So it is easy to be operated and it achieves a goodhuman-computer interaction effects.In order to enrich the control of grape house,this paperdevelops an intelligent management application based on the Android platform.The applicationcommunicates with nodes via Bluetooth.The users uses smart phones installed this application toread some data of nodes easily.Users can send control commands to nodes to trigger the pump orblinds and open or close other equipment by this application.The application is also equipped witha map module.User can know clearly the location of nodes and the distribution of othernodes.When the users’smart-phone is connected to the current node,the phone can read the data ofthe current and other nodes.In addition,the application also adds voice module.When thesmart-phone communicates with nodes normally,users can shake the phone with voice readingfunction to read the collected data.The Android application has clear functions and interface and extremely easy to use. Overall speaking, the system with the functions of flexible, scalable, andhigh degree of generalization, convenient and easy to use configuration features, is expected toprovide more convenient engineering support for the grape greenhouse cultivation practice.
