In today’s information society has been deep into all areas of people’s lives, also hasthe effect of informationization development play a decisive role to the developmentof colleges and universities, campus network has undoubtedly become a broadbandmultimedia network teaching, scientific research and comprehensive informationservice for teachers and students. Micro-blog is a kind of open and rising with theWeb2Internet social services, it has the characteristics of openness, participation,dialogue, social and so on, this kind of new media, modern education of universityresearch has great potential, on the campus micro-blog system have an important andfar-reaching exploration significance to university, on campus network micro-blogsystem will give higher education management work to bring a new round ofdevelopment opportunities.This paper first introduces the characteristics and development status of this kind ofnew media micro-blog, carries on the detailed introduction on the development ofcampus network, campus network system plays an important role in micro-blogUniversity opened are described, followed by the economic feasibility, the feasibilityof the management, technical feasibility, operation feasibility of these four aspects ofthe feasibility analysis system development, then the system carried out a detailedneeds analysis. In the preparation of the full theory, this paper designed and detailedfunction module design and database on the campus micro-blog system, then based onthe B/S (Browser/Server) structure using the tomcat7.0server, MySQL database andMyeclipse9.0development tool to realize the campus micro-blog system, finally, inthe above on the basis of practice, the design of campus network micro-blog therealization of the system in the future work and presents the summary and prospect.
