As the rapid development of wireless communication technology and the performanceimproving of mobile device, the mobile Ad Hoc net is widely used in the different socialfields. For example: when earth quake, flood, traffic accident, terrorist attacked, and at thesituation of normal communicate device damaged, then it is necessary to make an crisiscommunication, because it is the necessary method to emergency rescue. As the mobile AdHoc has a character of multi-jump, mobility, the dynamic change of network topology, energylimited, all of them lead to the result that Ad Hoc was attacked easily, for example: DOSattacking, black hole attacking, tap attacking etc. so, the safety problem of mobile Ad Hoc hasbecome a hot pot that attack lots of people to study.The safety precautions of old mobile Ad Hoc net was just in the stage of passive defense,it can’t positively and effective to stop hacker attack, for example: identity verification,encryption etc. Intrusion detection technology could make mobile Ad Hoc to be the secondline of defense, which could cover the technology shortage of intrusion prevention. It is aneffective way to improve the security of mobileAd Hoc net by means of intrusion detection.The biology immune system have some characterizes: for example: distributed, nocentralized control node, gradational structure, self-learning, it is a useful way to eliminateinvade which come from external pathogen and keep the fitness of the body. Besides that,mobile Agent is a new technology that spring up in latest years. The mobile Agent have adistributed structure, which have the characteristic of mobility, reactivity, autonomy,interloperability and operability. In the practical application, we blend the theory of biologicalimmunity and mobile Agent, then it result in the model–the emergency mobile Ad Hoc basedon immunity Agent. Finally, to solve the problem of massive loss warning and error warning,we use the game theory to the final decision-making process. It turns out to be an effectiveway to improve the detection efficiency of emergency mobile Ad Hoc net. To use the methodprovided in this article, it could solve the safety problem of the emergency mobile Ad Hoc net,besides that, the method improve the performance of the net.The article has mainly completed the following research work:1. To reduce the price of route maintenance and improve the net performance, wediscussed the classical cluster algorithm of mobile Ad Hoc net, and then analyze the positiveside and negative side of every algorithm. Based on that, we put forward the newself-adaption weighting cluster algorithm, and make a simulation.2. We compared the similarity between biology immune system and mobile Ad Hoc intrusion detection system, and then blend both of them to build the mobile Ad Hoc netintrusion detection model. After that, we introduced object detection, generative rule,matching rule and generate detector algorithm.3. We compared the simulation between biology immune system and mobile Agentsystem, and then take advantage of them to the system. The article based on the departeddetector algorithms, and use deny choice algorithm in fuzzy theory to test auto-tolerance,dynamic vaccine detection and the technology of inoculate, which were in order to increasethe diverse of antibody. Finally, we use MATLAB to simulate. It turns out that the technologyof dynamic vaccine detection and inoculate could improve the system detection rate in acertain extent, and reduce false drop rate.4. To solve the problem of loss warning and error warning caused by the reduce ofnetwork performance, the article gave a model based on game decision making. The modelevaluated by utility function, and by the means of theoretical analyze offensive and defensiveefficiency, finally, the system correspond to the situation at a certain probability, which turnsout to be useful to improve the detection effective of the IDS system.
