A Method Of Intrusion Detection Based On Roush Set Theory And Immune Theory

An intrusion detection system (IDS) is an automated system for the detection of computer system intrusions. The main goal of an IDS is to detect unauthorized use, misuse and abuse of computer systems by both system insiders and external intruders. In IDS, the data table is very large and complex,and it is necessary to reduce the date, so we utilize both the RS theory and IA in intrusion detection , simulate it with the kddcup99 dataset and get a satisfied detection result.
