It’s popular to use H.264video as a carrier for elusive communication in the field ofnetwork information security. A large number of video frames provide huge hidden spacefor steganography. It is of great controlbility to hide infomation in the compressed domainof H.264video, which makes it to be one of the most widely researched steganographiccarrier. But the steganography algorithms haven’t been combined with the scene ofpractical application, so the feasibility and the safety need to be checked by practice.The code structure of H.264video decoder represented by Joint Model18.4isanalysed. The breakthrough points of the message embedding and extraction and the datastructure of parameters the decoder passed are found, which lay the foundation for thesystem development.A semi decoding method of generating stego video is designed and implemented,which can embed messages and generate the compressed video through the decoding. Themethod is applicable to all the algorithms based on H.264video compressed domain.A structured stratyge of embedding and extracting is designed and implemented,which can satisfy the requirements of receivers in special enviroments, such as randomaccess and real-time of the extraction. Experiments show that, in a video broadcast timewithout considering the network loss, the receiver is able to receive the complete messagein0.73*P0(P0is the number of message pieces) seconds after accessing the videorandomly.A method of using DCT energy to to resist the DCT statistical analysis is proposed toimprove the security of the system, which is resistant to DCT statistical analysis. Analysisand experiments show that, the elusive communication is highly safe when the embeddingrate is under5%of the video DC energy.At present, a2D/3D H.264video steganography system that combined with the scene of practical application and having the function of anti DCT statistical analysis isimplemented.
