So the main purpose of this paper isto build a service platform, service in the digital publishing industry chain on the varioustypes of enterprises, dealing with digital publishingthe data format conversion.Traditional Web-based software architecture can not meet the requirements ofsoftware design, many of the development and application of emerging technologies areconstantly improving the development and design of traditional architecture. In this paper,demand and the current SNS dating platform more advanced design concepts, the use ofstruts2.0framework for the design, adding a data persistence layer and business logicimplementation.Struts MVC pattern is based on Web application development framework.It is an effective separation of the presentation layer and business logic, but it did not usethe data persistence layer of complexity to provide support. So by integrating these two frameworks,combined with the performance throughout the entire layer, business layer, persistencelayer of the Spring, can be a development of flexible, low coupling, and easy to extend acomplete solution for enterprise applications.Starting from requirements, detailed analysis of each function of the service platform,and then gives the database design of the E-R map, followed by the establishment of thedatabase on the Oracle, followed by the completion of each entity entity object, writingstored procedures, business logic, and ultimately demand function.
