Absolutely the productive is very low and the costis high.This essay focuses on the research about the control system of the automated productionsystem of the FIBC. When the automated production system goes well, a FIBC can be madein only a minute. So the essay focuses on the control system design of the FIBC automaticproduction equipment.At start, according to the need of the automated production system, the overall controlsystem design. Secondly on the basis of the overall control system design, the difficulty of thecontrol system is pointed out. The main difficulty is how to realize the communicationbetween the transport trolley and different station. Another nodus is how to realize sewingautomatically. Designing a mechanism to solve the communication problem and designing asewing orbit to finish sewing automatically. Then the hardware system is designed. Thedesign concludes the PLC selection and I/O address assignment, motor selection and controlscheme and so on. At last, on the base of the hardware design and control scheme, thesoftware system is designed.
