The research developed avirtual disassembly system with the Microsoft development platform, provides somereference for the application of virtual reality in the field of virtual disassembly.The research puts forward a virtual disassembly system design thought whichseparate data form operation to solve the problem that operation data and mixed togetherin the current virtual disassembly system. This system can achieve dismantling dataediting function and disassembly operation function of virtual disassembly system. Thisdesign improves the reuse rate of the system.Secondly, the paper studies the key technologies of3D scene implementation, usingWPF, XML, Expression Blend technology to achieve model dynamic loading, model dataloading. And it implements the model pickup and disassembly operations such as3Dscene interaction function with C#language asynchronous delegate and custom eventsFinally, the paper carried out relevant verification on the instance of virtualdisassembly system. After verification, the system can realize the virtual disassembly databetter editing, virtual disassembly operation.
