Along with the continuous integration of the network evolution, inevitably, the future existence of the network, there will be coexistence of multiple network domains the situation. The coexistence of different network domain, or dependency relationship is an issue worth exploring. In this paper, China Mobile, the scene of multi-access networks, combined with the standard for service continuity in the progress of research and trends in the evolution of future networks, especially voice and direction of the evolution of the network is proposed IMS-based services, multi-access mobility and service continuity solution.In this paper, China Mobile’s IMS service continuity scenarios carried out a detailed needs analysis, mainly the user UE to switch between different access networks of service continuity. On the 3GPP standards organization of the IMS standardization of service continuity related to the progress of the in-depth research, the basic network evolution and provide a standard for service continuity support. Major study of the candidate technologies SRVCC changes in the user access network, the voice service continuity and potential technical performance optimization solutions. SRVCC process by reference to the experimental data and the current 3GPP standardization SRVCC the main issues in-depth study of the initial ideas put forward three kinds of optimization. In addition to the UE in the PS, when there are multiple sessions, transfer to the traditional CS domain, get involved in the transfer of operational control point issue, four kinds of possible optimization solutions, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages.
