Research On Image Recognition Algorithm Of Ampoules Impurity

Ampoule concentrates foreign object detection is a very important research topic,in the field of medical testing.Most of the domestic companies in the field of drug testing still uses ar tificial light inspection method.Artificial light inspection intensity, low production efficiency,q uality consistency cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,ampoule concentrates based on machine vis ion test is the inevitable trend.In this paper main study on the visible foreign object in ampoule concentrates in image recognition algorithm research.The main research contents are as follo ws:For domestic pharmaceutical enterprises of ampoule concentrates are produced using artifi cial light inspection status.build ampoule concentrates foreign objecl in the machine vision ins pection system.(1)According to ampoule concentrates image specifications.analyzed difficulties in machine vision and move rules of ampoule visible particles.Design a machine vision system lighting system.choose high-speed industrial cameras.based on the VC platform,development machine vision software platform.and design software workflow.(2)Industrial cameras capture images including outside the bottle.the wall and the solutio n three parts of the image.Image made up of foreign bodies, background images and random n oise.To improve the speed of machine vision inspection,First using edge detection and probabi lity statistics algorithm to extraction the interest region of ampoule medicine image:And then using nonlinear smoothing median filter method removes image noise,improved image smooth ing effect;At last using frame difference method to realize preprocessing of ampoule concentra tes images.(3)Using the binary method to make image segmentation forpreprocessed ampoule conce ntrates image sequences.For larger foreign bodies using edge detection method deal with movi ng foreign body image edge.Using particle size measurement and calculation of centroid meth od to identify liquid visible foreign matter.Using extraction target motion features method to id entify foreign objects for smaller foreign object.paper based on the algorithms of ampoule concentrates foreign impurities detecting syste m as the main research object.For foreign bodies identifying,there is a strong reference signific ance,have a good prospect.
