Foreign Body Detection For Liquid Medicament Using Machine Int Elligent Recognition

Bottles filled with transfusion are widely used in China. Foreign substances in such transfusion is now a matter of social concern. This article, taking foreign substances in ampoule as study, is aimed at designing and achieving a system used to detect foreign substances in transfusion. And the article is to study the technology in computer vision, including Particle Filter and Mean Shift.First of all, this article discusses the existing systems up to date. After analyzing the lighting technology and the technology of taking image, We design a feasible project of online detection of foreign substances in bottles filled with transfusion.After that, this article studies the technology in dealing with a sequence of images, including pretreatment methods of images and algorithms in tracking objects. The algorithm We employed is a integration of Particle Filter and Mean Shift, it has high precision in tracking and orientating objects. At last, We detect the foreign substances by the trajectory of moving objects. However, the method former can only detect the substances which move relatively slowly, We propose Frame Distance to detect substances subsiding rapidly.We use200samples to test the capability of the system. The result shows the system can detect foreign substances effectively.
