Recently,with the rapid development of both network and communication technologyand increasing expansion of consumer market,the telephone marketing are becoming themainstream of the banks. In Europe, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other countries and regionsdeveloped a credit card, telephone marketing has become an important means of credit cardissuers, the use of advanced software technologies to improve enterprise management level isthe key competitive advantage of the current enterprise. Commercial bank credit cardtelemarketing though just started development, but has highlighted the good developmenttrend, become the promotion and seize the domestic credit card market as soon as possible aneffective channel.At present,the banks have their own telephone marketing systems named Calling-outCenter, which can implement the functions of tasking allocation、implementation and records.But it couldn’t help the bankers to record the information and needs of their customers in realtime. It’s hard to integrate the banking products because they are dispersible in the differentsystems. As a result, it has led to the inefficiency of the telephone marketing. So it hasimportant practical significance and application value to develop a bank’s telephonemarketing integration platform.The paper first introduces the development of the telephone marketing and the researchsituation at home and abroad of it, expounds the C/S and B/S structure, SSH framework andso on. Secondly, it introduces the primary demand and the main function of the system for theproblems of being hard to marketing when you are working, and have difficult inimplementing the follow-up work. This system design the data management module, theproject management module, the visit to get signature module, the electronic form module andthe quality inspection module to solve the problems which prevail among the bank’scalling-out systems. It can help the bankers to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost intelephone marketing. In order to further ensure the quality of the system, it also competed thetests of the data management module, the project management module and the visit to getsignature module, and got the test results to write the test cases. The performance of the system was tested at the same time to ensure that the system can be security and stability.Through the tests of the Bank’s Telephone Marketing Integration Platform, it completed theverification of the normal operation before the system was put into use, to make sure thestability and security of the Bank’s Telephone Marketing Integration Platform.Commercial banks telemarketing job integrating J2EE technology platform is based onthe use of the Java language and JSP development, and the use of EJB technology to build upon the Struts framework software platform. Bank telemarketing center on the platform of thebank credit card marketing activities, marketing channels and marketing cost management.J2EE architecture, commercial banks telemarketing integration platform, integrated "cloudcomputing" platform-based voice traffic to banking marketing staff to use objects tomarketing as a means to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises as the goal, rationalprocess design, simple easy to use, will play an important role in the actual credit cardtelemarketing management work. The Integration Platform also can support more diversifiedproducts sales, such as the Customer maintenance system or the insurance products and so on,will become the center of the Bank’s profits.
