Research On Key Technologies Based On Rural E-government Network Security

With the rapid development of information technology, As the engine and the leading of information technology, Electronic Government (E-Government), which promotes the development of a national information, has been paying attention at all levels of government gradually. Most rural areas carry their own government network like a raging fire, and the establishment of Rural E-government network creates a uncorrupted, streamlined, efficient, fair government operation mode. The main goal of the construction of Rural E-government network is to establish a unified network platform that can realize the sharing and exchange of information resources, which prompted the government office has undergone major changes, also meet most of the peasants’ demand for information.However, due to many factors sensitivity of data, network openness etc., Rural E-government network if the invasion, will bring irreparable loss to the government and farmers, so Rural E-government network security is facing severe challenges.For the Rural E-government network security, the main content of this study includes:(1) The network architecture and security architecture of the Rural E-government is studied in this paper, and the face of Rural E-government major threat and security risks are analyzed in detail.(2) Aiming at the safety problem of Rural E-government Network, using the firewall technology, intrusion detection technology (IDS), security audit technology, identity authentication, data encryption technology and VPN protect information security.(3) According to some rural e-government network of Liuyang city as Example, this paper analysis of the e-government network security risks existed in the border, region, node, core four places, and in view of these hidden dangers, the specific security technologies deploy to achieve.The innovation of this paper:based on GRE and IPSEC VPN, this paper analyses the two shortcomings, and aiming at the security problem existed in the two kinds of technology, the paper proposes creatively combine the two for Rural E-government Network, through the combination of the two technologies makes the Rural E-government network more secure.
