Wireless sensor network is composed of many nodes, the nodes have sensing functionand data processing function and communication function, also can organize all nodes in thenetwork by themselves. However, each node in the network provides the power with battery,in the condition of complex network environment, the supply of energy has became abottleneck in the application of wireless sensor networks. So, how to reduce energyconsumption is the key problem for the research of node network, it can not only improvethe quality of the network but also increase run time of the network. In that way, it is veryimportant and urgent problem that how to design a algorithm that both efficient and energysaving.The thesis mainly researches two issues, one is topology control, the other is the balanceof energy. In this thesis started with the advanced and typical topology control algorithm,summarized their advantages and disadvantages, then absorbed and learned their advantages,designed a relatively excellent topology control strategy, it can meet the requirements of thenode energy consumption. This method is based on the large energy-consuming for nearbynodes around the sink node, this policy not only ensures that key nodes consume energyrapidly,but also and avoid consuming energy because of the dynamic path selection of thewhole network, which greatly improves the efficiency of the sensor network, therebyensuring the equilibrium of energy consumption of all nodes in the network. Throughexperiments,this algorithm can both extend the network lifetime and have greater progress inthe energy balance than some classic algorithms.In addition, the research on the issue of node energy balance, the thesis proposed anapplication method of how to choose a neighboring node, then proposed a partial equilibriumcontrol algorithm, it can balance the energy consumption for local node. When it is applied inthe real world, if the energy of nodes is little, it will be excluded from the data transmissionprocess, so that reach purpose to achieve a balanced energy consumption of nodes for the normal communication links, the thesis finally verifies the algorithm by the way ofsimulation examples...
