Research And Implementation Of Network Management And Migration Of Virtual Machine In Cloud Platform

With the rapid development of computer technology nowadays, Cloud computing has reached a stage of vigorous development. Cloud computing from appears to now, has been quietly changing our daily life. In the old times, we use physical hard disk to store, single computer to do the computing, now we use the cloud storage and parallel cloud computing. The quality of life of people is in the continuous increase with the development of science and technology. It can be said that cloud computing promotes the development of social multiple industry, increasingly changes people’s life.As the bottom of the cloud three layers structure, elastic computing platform in the cloud computing plays a very important role, manages the underlying hardware equipment, and provides infrastructure resources for the uppers. In the elastic computing platform, virtual technology occupies the core status. The upper foundation platform in this paper is the BI-PAAS platform. This paper analyzes the demand of the bottom of elastic resources and from this point designed a platform to satisfy the upper demand, meanwhile do some research of IAAS layer of elastic cloud platform.To complete the analysis of related research, this paper includes the following several aspects:First of all, research the current cloud computing architecture, and analyze the relationship between each layer. Second, analysis and research the IAAS layer’s core virtualization technology in-depth, at the same time, mainly research the open source virtualization products Xen, analyze its architecture, network and deployment. Third, for the BI-PAAS platform demands, design an elastic cloud computing platform to supply the upper use and analyze the interaction with BI-PAAS. Fourth, research on the IAAS layer of the virtual machine network management, at the same time, study the cloud platform in the network architecture and key technologies, and implement the network configuration management in this this paper’s cloud platform and the network architecture. Fifth, based on virtualization software Xen, deeply study the part of migration, mainly focus on the online migration, at the same time, an improve the algorithm of the Xen memory copy, moreover, implement the migration module in the cloud platform.
