Based On The Behavior Of The Electronic Library Users Information To Optimize The Network Environment

The21st century, competition between countries is not limited to thefield of political, economic, military, science and technology. On thecontrary, the importance of cultural soft power is increasing. CulturalCreation and output capacity of a country, the national cultural literacy,information construction level would constitute a significant impact on itsoverall competitiveness. In this situation, the e-library into the country arebecoming an important strategic tool.This paper reviews the theory and the necessity of electronic libraryinformation network environment optimized user behavior. Furtherinvestigation practice to use user information changes the behavior of thenew era, demand characteristics, awareness, influencing factors,bottlenecks empirical analysis. Finally, from the perspective of the userinformation Behavior electronic library network environment and theneed for optimization of specific operational strategies.The conclusion of this paper includes the following aspects:(1) theinformation needs of the user information behavior of the emergence ofcross, precision technology, specialized features.(2) outside the networkbarriers, information environment, information service level, and internalinformation awareness, information literacy constitutes a bottleneck inthe development of electronic information behavior of library users.(3)electronic library network optimization strategies include the integrationof internal and external resources building characteristics database toretrieve information resources development platform based navigation,optimize network information services, construction information interaction mechanism, cultivate user information literacy, both from atechnical and personnel starting improve network environment.At present, the domestic electronic library compared with developedcountries, there are still many gaps in the information, technology,services, management and other related theoretical research and time toexplore the need to be further strengthened. Electronic Library Buildersand librarians should seize the opportunity given by the times, for theconstruction of an electronic library dedicated, long-term strategy so as tocontribute to national science and education and knowledge innovation.
