Research On The Construction Of China’s County-level Land And Resources Department Of Mobile Data Center

With the development of society and the new Chinese Chinesegovernance heart, China economy is gradually mature, the Ministry of landand resources is the basis for our survival and development, is the newnormal economic and social sustainable development of our country’ssecurity. The fundamental interests of the work of land and resourcesand the broad masses of the people closely related to the land informationmanagement, the development in China, the traditional mode of operationis to take more, work efficiency is very low, the data management moreconfusion, data storage is not concentrated, not when the databaseapplication. GIS is built around the development of the computertechnology, based on a calculation, a cross edge discipline, the researchand application of the final form of the system, is the management andapplication of spatial data. So we study the GIS technology applicationin land information management decision making in the development andconstruction of land information, decision support and mobile datacenter system, provide rapid decision-making and information servicesfor land management and related business department.In this study, a detailed analysis of the land mobile data centerassistant decision, to move the data center assistant decision functionas the main line, using mobile GIS embedded in the mobile terminal (suchas: mobile phone, tablet computer and other intelligent terminal) method,the establishment of mobile data center, to provide assistant decisionfunction fast, flexible, and efficient for managers the function ofmobile data center, including the basic functions of the map, theintegration of mobile database for spatial data superimposed interactive query, statistics, analysis and other functions, positioning. Mobiledata center are mainly two kinds of online and offline mode, this papermakes the research on the construction and application of land andoffline mobile data center.This paper first explains the subject between the background andsignificance of the research, describes the research methods of thesubject and the technical route, and the feasibility study ofconstructing domestic land mobile data center are reviewed.Secondly, the key technologies of mobile data center of land aresummarized, such as mobile data, mobile data center’s concept,characteristics and the land resources data management and relatedtechnologies are described.Thirdly, according to the present situation of the construction ofthe domestic mobile data center and the existing problems, analysis ofthe causes and problems in carrying out the safeguard measures of theland, and to the mobile data center database integration process weredescribed in detail. Described in detail the realization method and thetechnology of mobile data center.Finally, based on the summary of the main features of mobile datacenter, discuss the example of mobile data center applications, and theapplication prospect of mobile data center are discussed, and putsforward the development direction of mobile data center.
