| Under China’s economy and the uneven distribution of population as the background, a high degree of economic development of the eastern region, from e-banking financial institutions to entities outlets comprehensive coverage in these areas; and in western rural areas, due to objective reasons behind the infrastructure, the level of financial coverage seriously inadequate. In order to improve financial services in rural areas west, led by the Agricultural Bank of Guizhou Province, where I was involved in network technology center project, to develop a more dispersed applicable to this population distribution, and strive to meet the people’s traditional financial habits of mobile financial services applications named xPayPad systems. I undertook the design and implementation of "mobile payment terminals," the task in the project, this paper is a comprehensive summary of this development work.Mobile payment terminal is running on a custom-Pad Android-based device, and it is connected via a POS hardware. Users use the Pad service selection, through the POS machine credit card settlement. It does this by using a Web App download applications to expand the industry to achieve financial self-service functions, the entire system is based on Hybrid App manner. I have in the development process, focusing on the WebSocket communication technologies to achieve server push messages to the client function; according to the characteristics of financial services high security requirements, the industry application uses a custom file format bm file (ie busness module) encapsulation; Design and Implementation of a set of topics applicable to the "File digest authentication algorithm" to verify the legitimacy of the documents; design a suitable project xPayPad messaging protocol, and designed according to the characteristics of a set of applicable to this topic "simple hash encryption algorithm" to the text of the message is encrypted; and finally developed to provide a range of financial services to develop interfaces to support third-party developers to improve the ecology of the system.
