With the continuous development of communication technology and computer technology, in order to get more customers for enterprises and provide convenient consulting and suggestion service to customers, also to manage customers’information, analyze customers’ preferences and proactively serve customers, enhance customers’service experience, Call Center came into being. Call Center provides automated voice response, intelligent allocation of tasks, customer information management and other services through the integration of common hardware and software platforms and a variety of computer-related technology to improve the quality of service and thereby improve the competitiveness of enterprises.With the development of enterprises, business types for customers increased, and the portfolio of services is also increasingly rich. The traditional Business-Based CRM system has been unable to meet the business needs. So the introduction of the concept of workflow in CRM system came into being. The supplier of call center aims to provide a more generic CRM workflow system, which can also satisfies diverse business workflow needs, proposed a workflow engine based on dynamic configuration. This paper is the design and implementation of system bus and related business module in the Workflow Engine. The system bus is the interaction module of the workflow engine, we use Message Queue technology to achieve low coupling of bus system, while paper selected the HTTP server module as the implement of service module to provide a customized HTTP service.This paper introduces the background of the research, analyzesthe development of related fields, and defines the specific content and objectives in the begining. Then analyzes the current development of related technologies.In order to improve the operational efficiency and stability of the system, we introduced the RabbitMQ as a messaging middleware and Netty as a network framework, respectively, as the core technology of the system bus and the HTTP server. After that we analyzed the function of the CRM system and workflow engine we should meet, which leads to this paper’s topic needs, making the detailed function of the bus system and the server clearly.And then make a design for the function.Determines the system structure and the process of module and implement it through the related core technology. In order to ensure the stability and availability of the system, we provide a complete test solution at the end of this paper, analysis and study the test results to make the system more perfect.Finally,we sum up the entire work we have already done, summarize and analyze the experience, look ahead to further research.
