With the large-scale deployment of Femtocell base stations, the Femtocell networks will suffer serious interference. Thus, the interference mitigation in Femtocell networks is an urgent task. Based on this requirement, in this paper, we have done some research on the power optimization in two-tier LTE Femtocell networks.Firstly, in this paper, we have proposed an energy-efficient power allocation strategy, in which the QoS requirements of different sorts of users have been considered. According to the delay-QoS requirements, we have classified the users into several different sorts, and provide time-sensitive users with larger minimum data rates. Subsequently, PSO algorithm has been used to search the optimal solution in the problem of energy efficiency optimization. Simulation results show that our proposed power algorithm can not only converge fast, but also improve significantly the energy efficiency in the network.Secondly, considering the uplink in two-tier Femtocell networks, we model the power optimization problem into the Stackelberg game, in which the Macrocell base station (MBS) acts as the leader, with the propose of improving its revenue, and the Femtocell users act as the followers, whose intention is to improve their effective capacity. The leaders (MBS) take action firstly and set prices on each quota of interference from the Femtocell users; the followers take action subsequently and adjust their power strategies based on the prices given by the leaders. When the Stackelberg Equilibrium arrives, the utilities of the leaders and followers can be optimized jointly. At last, several simulation results show that our proposed algorithm can improve the effective capacity of the Femtocell users and converge successfully.
