A Research Of Efficient Information System Function Modeling Method And The General Framework Design

Under the background of rapid development of the information age, the information system has entered the stage of maturity of enterprise informatization. At present domestic companies, government agencies, schools and so on are happily to move their transaction management from the offline to online. Connected by high-speed network, the enterprise internal aspects have been form into an integration information system. The system has the characteristics of powerful data processing ability, good capability of information interaction and so on. It has greatly simplifies thick paper information storage and cumbersome transaction processing steps before the information system being used. However, the rapid development of the software also results into the software crisis. A significant problem in the field of information systems is the lack of an effective modeling method to guide the stages of software engineering. The existing modeling tools such as UML and IDEFO could not work perfectly in the field of information system, for lacking of the general function analysis and elaboration.So this paper is based on the research of information system, analyzed the general characteristics of information system, such as multiple functions, modularization and commonality. The system’s functions are divided into catalog functions, page functions and button functions. Make clear the relationships between the functions at the three levels and the detail should be determined during the requirements analysis phase. Different from the existing functional modeling methods, this paper uses the formal language to build the model, elaborated the functions, and proposed a new kind of function model--WASFM model.At the end of this paper, this model has been successfully applied to the construction of the information management platform.Practice shows that the model in the requirements analysis phase, with its concise and scientific definition, can turn the rough user needs into the detailed requirements definition, solved the problems like the ambiguity, fuzzy and not comprehensive in the process of demand analysis. In the meanwhile, on the basis of the research of the frame, with the use of the MVC pattern, combined with the model definition, this paper designed the general functions of information system in details. In practice, during the development period, with the reuse the frame design, the speed of the development can be highly increased, and the reusability of the software development can be improved. And it will avoid the repetitive code work, and improves the efficiency of the development period, has very good practical significance.
