To meet the requirements of high rate and low latency of the IMT-Advanced, LTE-Advanced is put forward by3GPP organization. As one of its key technologies, D2D (Device-to-Device) communication technology is getting more and more attention. Due to the characteristics of the direct communication in proximity, D2D can improve the data transmission rate, increase the system throughput, and improve the network coverage effectively. Current D2D research mainly focused on the scenario of UE (User Equipment) under the premise of static, but the research results of UE movement scene of the D2D are rare, such as the establishment, resource allocation. And UE movement scene of the D2D is inevitable in the future. As a result, research on mobile performance for D2D communication has very important practical significance. This thesis mainly includes tracking the latest conference contents of the3GPP and paying attention to the progress of the D2D study. Simultaneously, papers and technical reports about the D2D communication have been studied roundly. Based on it, we begin to study the mobile performance optimization for D2D communication. The main work of this paper can be divided into two aspects:First, based on the traditional process of D2D establishment, we propose the optimized processes of establishment for different scenarios considering the impact of mobility. It includes the reasonable configuration of the measurement process, and defining the new measurement events for D2D. As a result, the decision about D2D establishment made by eNB is more efficient, and the system can adapt to the changes of mobile wireless environment. This part of the research has submitted technology patents.Secondly, based on the traditional D2D resource allocation schemes, we design admission control for D2D users depended on velocity, and divide the resource pattern into three classes:cellular mode, dedicated mode and reused mode. With guaranteeing of the each user’s QoS, the proposed scheme select appropriate reused resources for the D2D user. It can effectively ensure the stability of the system. Verified by the simulation, the proposed scheme can meet the needs of UE mobility, and reflect the advantage of the increase of system throughput in the high-speed mobile scenario.
