Social networks services achieved great success with the advantage of the combination of online-offline and reality-vitality in recent years. With the development of mobile communication technology, mobile Internet enters into a rapidly developing era. Using mobile smart device to get access to Internet has become popular increasingly, thus radically has changed people’s life. Approaching Internet anytime and anywhere and closer social contact between mobile users indicated that future mobile Internet will be the mobile social networks which united the movement property and the social property of users. However, there still exists many shortages for current researches on mobile social networks that are just start up. Given all this, we proposed a resource distribution strategy based on mobile social networks in this paper. What we proposed in this paper are listed later.Firstly, we have introduced the history of online social networks and compared the relationship and difference between mobile social networks, traditional mobile social service and mobile Internet. Further we have introduced existing researches on community partition based on social contact and resource distribution strategy. These works are prepared for proposing resource distribution strategy based on mobile social networks.Secondly, we have analyzed the social property of users and proposed a metric to evaluate the intimacy between mobile social users. This metric are judged by social relationships between users, resource requisition similarity, opposite position stability and contact frequency.Thirdly, we have proposed a crawler tool to get users’relationship data from online social networks by using python programing and a method to produce emulation data in simulating realistic environment. Meanwhile, we used several above-mentioned metric and cluster algorithm to make off mobile social users to mobile community. Lastly, Aiming to urban common scenes in mobile social networks, we have proposed resource distribution strategies which is based on mobile peer to peer social-community. Meanwhile, we have discussed the scene of urban mobile social networks and set up a simulation scene based onNS-2simulation tools. On the basis of above researches, to evaluate the performance of these distribution strategy, we compared three method for social community partition to confirm the effectiveness of our resource distribution strategy. The results show that the mobile peer to peer resource distribution mechanism based on mobile community can achieve better performance in urban mobile social networks.
