With the development of mobile networks and Peer-to-Peer computing, Mobile Peer-to-Peer(MP2P) computing has become a popular network computing paradigm by several advantages, such as infrastructure-less support, flexible self-organization and cost-efficient way. Compared with peer-to-peer systems, mobile peer-to-peer systems exhibit some special characteristics, such as high dynamic and limited-resource, which have brought many challenging problems for MP2P research. Data dissemination are very important basic problems in the research field. In this paper, to improve the communication performance of MP2P networks as the goal, we study the technology of data dissemination in detail, the specific work and contributions are:(1) Multipoint Relaying mechanism has improved the defect which is easy to cause data redundancy in pure flood mechanism, but in Multipoint Relaying mechanism the energy consumption of broadcast peer is very large and the reliability of data dissemination is not high. In order to overcome these shortcomings, this paper introduces the concept of peer trustworthiness and expounds the calculation model of trustworthiness. In addition, the dissemination mechanism of Trusted Peers data based on MPR are also introduced. On the basis of MPR, algorithm can calculate peer trustworthiness through trustworthiness model and choose reliable peers as relay peers. This algorithm put forward new data forwarding method which greatly improves the efficiency and reliability of data dissemination.(2) Due to the mobility of mobile network and the change of the peer position, based on the priority choice of edge peer, this paper proposes a peer scheduling strategy based on rectangular partition distance for improving the success rate of data dissemination. In MP2P networks, some edge peer can be moved out of the communication scope of broadcast peer easily, therefore, this algorithm have priority to send the data to them, this process can reduce the possibility of failure, so as to improve the success rate of this algorithm. This paper describes the energy consumption model of broadcast and relay peer in detail and compares them with the pure flood and MPR mechanism. And it proves energy consumption of the peer under TPMPR is less than that under MPR in theoretical results, moreover, the utilization rate of energy under TPMPR is much higher than that under MPR. At the end of the paper, this paper conducts three simulation experiment tests about transmit cost in data, calculation cost and data dissemination on the basis of TPMPR mechanism and the application of the RPD peer scheduling strategy. The experimental results are in agreement with theoretical results, and it demonstrates the superiority and feasibility of the TPMPR mechanism in the field of data dissemination technology.
