People have entered into the mobile Internet era and our daily life are fully linked with all kinds of intelligent terminals, and the LBS (Location Based Servicer) is known as the footstone of the mobile Internet. It is widely used in every field and perfectly combined with commercial promotion, real time logistics tracing, disaster relief, life services and so on. It has greatly changed the people’s lifestyles.Firstly, the research background and significance of LBS is analyzed, and its frameworks and the development process during the whole world is introduced. And on this basis, an intelligent service system based on LBS is designed. In order to distinguish from the traditional time fixed alarm clock, this service use location fixed as the breakthrough point, and have three core functions, they are intelligent time fixed alarm clock, intelligent no disturb, intelligent communication respectively.And focuses on the core location module, an algorithm which combined both GPS and base station district sequence is proposed. This algorithm will preview store the paths that the users use before, including the GPS coordinates, positioning, the base station information. While again through the path, the base station district sequence will be used as the retrieves index, look up into the information stored in the database. If there are match options, the information can be used and estimate the present location information according to the time correlation, the multiple GPS locates can be eliminated. The base station positioning can be energy saving, the GPS positioning accuracy is higher, so the combination of these can achieve the goal of energy saving and low consumption And according to the localization algorithm to achieve the positioning module, the intelligent service system can be achieved on this basis.In the end, a test on the system is carried, and mainly on the location module. From the result, it is proved that the algorithm has feasibility and the intelligent service system also has a practical application value.
