Now the way of getting self-serving information has became an heavy demandfor hunman beings. Because most people not only living in the mobile internet era,but also living in the information times. Combined with application developers alsoneed to send relevant information of the application to the users, the mobileapplications will become an effective way for people and developers to get andtransmit information. It needs high development costs, because the wide variety ofoperating systems.Therefore, third-party push platform,which focus on push function,is used by developers, and also have become focus on content.Multiple Operating System Push Platform is not only meet the information pushdemand of major operating system,but also has professional and easy to use. Becauseit is work for the vertical field, and has more personalized and practical features. Itprovide better and more effective communication environment for applications, atthe same time it increasing user viscosity.Firstly, focus on the current third-party platform’s inadequate which most onlysupport two operating systems, this paper researched and designed push platformwhich support multiple operating systems.It plan to integrate push function of today’smainstream operating systems to a single platform. Application developers do notneed to develop different frameworks.With the help of APNs,MPNS,MQTT protocoland Netty technology, this platform complete information push function.Secondly, in order to avoid congestion caused by large push, this platformresearch and implement push information distribution mechanism. According to thetype of target system, push information can be identified and handled by distributionservices, then effectively reducing the risk of failure of the push, while reducingpressure on the server.Finally, in order to make this platform more easier to use, Web managementconsole platform and common interface are provided for users. Depending on usage scenarios, this platform gives a good experience to the users. Researching on theoperation of users,it improve the efficiency of push. the platform also has morepersonalized and creative function like template rendering.
