Low-speed bearing running test device is a set of detecting bearingtechnology index of the digital control system, on the use of bearing performancetesting control moment gyroscope, running-in tests on bearing to satisfy theindustrial demand before loading into the mechanical structure. When the bearingis running, the loading force and the friction torque are important parameters ofperformance testing. Testing personnel research the results of the bearing runningso as to detect the performance of bearing. This thesis mainly research on thecontrol system of the low-speed bearing running test device.According to the technical index and performance requirements of each part,this article first introduces the low-speed bearing running test device for theentirety frame structure and determines the type selection of electroniccomponents. With the modular thought to design the low speed bearing runningdevice hardware structure, ensure the stability and security of the low speedbearing running in test device.In the low-speed bearing running test device control algorithm research,through the simulation experiments prove that the conventional PID controlalgorithm can not meet the real-time performance and high precision performancerequirements of the running device. Due to the low-speed bearing running testdevice on the stability of system, control precision, real-time requirements arehighly standard. Using the PID+velocity/acceleration feed-forward controlloops algorithm as well as through the simulation analysis and therunning experimental results indicate that this algorithm has good control effectto promote the system stability and reduce the following error.The soft part of the low-speed bearing running test device introduces thedesign of motor drive module and data communication module based on thePMAC motion control card, and expounds the principle of data acquisition and data processing software. Through the actual running of software test resultsprove the rationality of PC software design, and the software design satisfy thefunctional requirements of the low-speed bearing running test device.
