Recently,the high ability of Opto-electronics tracking system to track and acquirefast moving targets is needed so much,this is because the improvement of theequipment’s automation degree and the speed of test targets.The existing controlmethods can not santisfy the requirement of the tracking precision because of theenhancement of the tracked target’s mobility.How to improve the Opto-electronicstracking system’s tracking precision has been discussed a lot in recent years.We used accelerometer to provide the feed-forward control information toimprove the efficiency and the precision of the system’s tracking. The accelerationinformation is acquired by designed circuit,and it will be send into PC104by422serial communication.This paper will introduce the conception and the composition of theOpto-electronics tracking system, brief summarize of the existing control algorithmand the current situation of the feed-forward control theory’s application at home andabroad has also be mentioned in this paper.The relationship between feed-forwardcontrol and equivalent compound control will be descriped too.We choose CJ41A-2Eas our accelerometer,it is piezoelectric accelerometer which is producted by CLPtechnology of26. Piezoelectric accelerometer’s working principle and advantage anddisadvantage will also be discussed in chapter4.The design of the accelerationacquisition system includes software and hardware,we used FIR digital low-passfliter in order to decrease the turbulence of high frequency.The speed which isintegrated by acceleration measured by accelerometer will be send into PC104,andthen realize the equivalent compound control.The integration will accumulate theerror, and we plus or minus a constant at the right side of the integral equation in orderto compensate the accumulation error. The feed-forward controland equivalent compound control system is simulated in MATLAB. The emperimental results showthat the accelerometer can be a good sensor for equivalent compound control,and thepricision of the Opto-electronics tracking system which have equivalent compoundcontrol will be impoved.
