Business Change Management System Of Dalian Rural Commercial Bank

The business changing management system is the information system of overall management application system for business needs changing process. Through the analysis of the changing requirements, the approval of CCB (Change Control Board) members, the planning> execution and validation for change, release of the change, the output software asset management, the record and query information of change, realize the overall control and management of application system business change.In this paper, through the investigation on the management status and management needs of management layer for Dalian Rural Commercial Bank’s business system, analysis of the business change management system requirements and achieve the goal, on this basis, design and realize the business change management system of Dalian Rural Commercial Bank. The system uses modeling of X5studio workflow platform that based on Eclipse plug in technology, to complete business process design and function realization, at the same time ensure flexible configuration tasks, direction and resources for management process. Drag and arrange attributes of the activity control to complete the change process design, to meet the requirement of that with the management requirements change, fast to adjust the approval of change and management process. The database system adopts the MySQL relational database, integration SVN code and document version management tools, record the version of documents and code that submitted and modified in the process of business change.Business change management system of Dalian Rural Commercial Bank in this paper is now trialing in Information Technology Department. In daily operation, maintenance and use, detailed record of the changes, the business system related to the function of information integrity and reliable, simple operation, flexible and practical, business continuity has been effectively guaranteed, software assets have been effectively protected, thereby greatly improving the standardization level of management for additions and modifications to the business function.
