This thesis uses the Bluetooth technology in Android to implement a function which can transfer money between users. We hope to build a new, fast and safe way for users to pay face to face. And we hope this can make the payment industry take a new look at the Bluetooth technology.It has been twenty years since the Bluetooth technology was invented. In this time when all kinds of technologies are upgrading so fast, the Bluetooth can be called an old technology. Since the Bluetooth developed today, it has been applied maturely in many fields. So many products based on the Bluetooth came out, such as Bluetooth Speaker, Bluetooth headset, wireless mouse, Bluetooth medical equipment, gamepad. positioning system, automobile multimedia system and so on. All of these products make our life much more convenient.But the Bluetooth technology has not been maturely used on the Android platform. There is still much more potentiality known or unknown waiting the Android developers to discover. Maybe we don’t need to make the Bluetooth improve by leaps and bounds, but just like WeChat, it still could make the industry, the country even the world and time change through applying the technology in business level.Since it was brought out since2007, the Android itself has got huge evolution with the effort made by all the developers around the world within so several years. The Android system starts to support the development of the Bluetooth since its SDK2.0. The Bluetooth on Android still faces many kinds of mobile manufacturer, which brings a lot of problem in compatibility and adaptation, just like the Android system itself. And after being used a long time, the Bluetooth2.0will cost much power, which is difficulty for Android to cover. All of these problems make the Bluetooth can not be well brought into play.But in my opinion, our E-Wallet can make the Bluetooth technology get more attention. In the meantime, the E-Wallet can make the hundreds of millions of our E-Wallet users pay and receipt the money more conveniently and more quickly.This thesis firstly analysis the development of the Bluetooth on Android platform. And then we present the whole designing scheme and implementation procedure of the Bluetooth pay in detail. We use the Bluetooth technology to build the connections between one user and another user or other users, which is based on our E-Wallet. After these, we could let users pay or receipt by the Bluetooth, and also they could do AA-Pay or AA-receipt by the Bluetooth on the simple and easily-handled UI. Simultaneously, we keep the data transferred in the Bluetooth pay safe through RSA and Base64encryption technology. And we also let the power dissipation problem go by using the resource reasonably and releasing the resource in time.We believe that our E-Wallet Bluetooth pay will shake the mobile industry as soon as it is putted online. And it will also make a convenient, quick, safe, reliable pattern of payment for the hundreds of millions of the E-Wallet users.
