Iris diagnostics is a way by checking the iris anomaly to analyze the sub-health stateof the internal organs of the human body. It can determine the working status of humanorgans by observing iris anomalies, such as potholes, patches, color changes. Thistechnology is conducive to discover potential disease and health risks, to provide peoplewith the diagnosis and therapeutic schedule, to help people restore good health condition.Iris color is an important reference of iris diagnostic, different iris color reflects differenthuman health status. Therefore, in the computer-aided diagnosis of iris, the accurate iriscolor collecting has a vital role on the final diagnosis and post-treatment.Through analysis of existing research means that the study of partial iris color imagecorrection method is in its infancy, and there is no perfect solution and theory. This paperproposes a partial iris color image correction method based on histogram matching, aimingat some problems in current research. This method can achieve the iris images which isclose to the target image color by matching considered partial color image color and thetarget image color.The method uses the gray scale difference of pupil area and its nearby area. First toconvert color image to gray image, then to isolate independent pupil area in the gray imageby using the method of threshold segmentation. Secondly, according to the pupil locationinformation to position part of the iris pupil. Then, to set to zero of iris outside part imageto reduce interference, and move the iris part back to the center of the image. Finally,makes the gray-scale probability density of partial color images equal to the target image tocomplete the partial color correction.In this paper, MATLAB algorithm was designed and compiled for algorithm. In thispaper, the method with clear iris image has a good results. Experimental results show thatthe algorithm has high feasibility and low complexity. By studying this topic, providing thetechnical foundation for the future unity of the iris color standard library.
