Design And Implementation Of Longkou Mining Group Sales Remote Weighing Inspection System

China is currently the largest coal producer and consumer in the world. China’s coal resources are mainly located in the north part of the mainland, while energy consumption, mainly in the south. With the huge amount of coal transportation, coal weighing has become an important link in the process of coal business. There are various methods of coal measurement, among them the remote weighing inspection is the most advanced mode. With the establishment of remote weighing inspection center, the metering personnel can commit remote weighing in the client end, and realize the centralized control for coal shipments.In this paper, the sales remote weighing inspection system was designed and implemented based on the demands of coal transportation and weighing at Shandong Energy Longkou Mining Group Company. The system used the Java language and J2EE technology architecture, integrated struts framework, spring framework and hibernate framework. Oracle9i was adopted as database. In function modules design, it completed eight modules:weight measuring module, anti-cheating module, video monitoring module, intelligent voice prompt module, load balance module, statistical query module, SAP data interface module and the system management module.The proposed coal sales remote weighing inspection system has been put into use in Shandong Longkou mining group, and has obtained a good effect. The system completely cut off inspection catties personnel’s contacts with customers, achieving the target of full anti-cheating. The system greatly accelerates the identification of the vehicles and the weighing process, achieving the timely delivery of coal. After the system was online, about two-thirds weighing staffs have been reduced, which obviously decreases the operation costs of enterprises.
