With the rapid development of virtual reality technology, people have learned more about the application value of virtual experiment technology in many aspects such as the experimental teaching, vocational training, scientific research and so on. In education&training, virtual laboratory combines students with virtual instruments through the network and provides a new way for the students’experimental study in an unprecedented way. The simplified and individual construction models, methods and technology which are used in the virtual experiment system now are difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern society and this leads to the higher demand for the contribution of virtual lab in both functionality and technicality. Nowadays, three dimensions technology is the main part of the whole construction technology of virtual experiment which can also be easily united with other different technology and complement each other’s advantages to enrich the form of virtual experimental systems. With the network platform as the carrier, integrating multiple virtual modules into a complete integrated virtual experiment through the transfers of sample information will become the future development trend in more extensive fields of the virtual laboratory.IR spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy and molecular fluorescence spectrum analysis are three important parts of molecular spectroscopy analysis and their wide application and powerful expanding function make them become the most representative parts of the experimental teaching in chemistry and other related majors and fields. The linear equation made of graphical features and concentration measurement data has the typicality of data processing when it transmits as the experiment information. Based on this congclusion, it will have a good reference significance for the promotion of virtual simulation technology in many areas of expertise today to build a diversified virtual laboratory with the ability of modular network sharing, two-dimensional technology and three-dimensional visual immersion coexisting, powerful data storage capabilities and a real-time information feedback.This paper confirms the realizing methods and development routes of virtual laboratory with molecular spectroscopy series after comprehensive comparison based on the deep discussion of virtual laboratory building technology. In the infrared spectroscopy analysis, the virtual laboratory of multi-function, infrared spectrum analysis and two-dimensional technology and three-dimensional visual immersion coexisting is built with multivariate modular design ideas,3ds Max for three-dimensional instrument scene modeling, Virtools for virtual interaction, Flash for two-dimensional infrared spectra analysis, database combining network platform to build the open infrared spectrum map storage.In ultraviolet spectrum analysis, a food inspection and ultraviolet diffuse system of three-dimensional modular ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy virtual laboratory is built based on Virtools technology which makes users experience the close contact between the real virtual instrument and real life and the important application in scientific research. The breakthrough also can be seen on the application of virtual workstation which realizes the random change of concentration measurement data.In molecular fluorescence spectrum analysis, technical problems such as spectrum graph, peak shape change are solved through the three dimensional simulation of whole process taking the example of vitamin B2content measurement based on Virtools technology.In this paper, the virtual laboratory developed based on modular design has a three dimensional interactive scenario with high simulation, comprehensive skills training, strong expansion applications and complete teaching evaluation systems which can be well applied in fields such as instrument training, distance education and so on. Its building mode of multiple modular also has good reference value for other development and application in virtual experiments of spectra series.
