The oil box of a tank or armored car would be fired and exploded while it was attacked by cannonballs in modern war, which was known as"secondly wound effect". The method of detecting flame was improved in sensitivity and accuracy under latest light detecting from traditional temperature measurement. The single infrared detector or UV detector was used widely in international armored car as fire-killer equipment, but it was limited in accuracy. We bring forward the conception of full Spectrum detector, which can detect full wave band of beginning flame and enhance greatly in the accuracy of the flame detecting.A set of hardware equipment and software for analyzing the spectrum line were designed in this article,which were used to detect the standard flame in the lab. The equipment including SR5000 infrared spectrum detector, AvaSpec-2048 UV spectrum detector and the port fire of standard flame can be started up simultaneously in less than 1ms and the data of infrared and UV can also be gained at the same time. The foundation data of flame optic spectrum can be received by using this software, which is able to analyze the band of the flame optic spectrum. All these can acquaint ourselves with the basic character of the flame optic spectrum and lay a foundation of further developing high-powered optic spectrum-type fire forecast detector.
