The Design And Application On Network Billing System Of Huangshan Local Taxation Bureau

Providing billing for the taxpayers and tax declare services for companies by machine has longtime been the main means in Huangshan City tax control industry. But with the increase in the costin human and material resources， machine itself and service， and after-sell service， whichresulted in making the service quality and level gradually unable to meet the request of theconsumers， which also cannot effectively ensure the uniqueness， truth and safety in thecirculation of invoices. In order to further strengthen and standardize application of the tax controlsystem，accurately record the business activities of taxpayers，and based on network developmentwe have designed a new invoice management pattern， with the design theory of “invoice controlstax”，which includes "online billing，real-time query，invoice verification，invoice controls tax，closed-loop management" and other functions.This paper analyzed the request of tax control project of Huangshan City Local Taxation Bureau. With therequirements put forward by Huangshan Local Taxation Bureau， together with the engineers of Nanjing Zi jinWan cheng company made a detail analysis on the Real Estate billing status and needs， a management system，applicable to B/S structure which Real Estate industry tax control requests， has been developed in real estatesource information management， billing and information inquiry. The application software applicable to B/Sstructure which Real Estate industry tax control requests With the real estate housing information management，invoicing， information query and other functions. The Real Estate Company can access the system home pagevia the Internet and log in by inserting the U-KEY， and then start the real estate information uploading， billingand so on. Meanwhile，the Taxation Bureau can get the invoice information by the pay grade in the server side ofthe system， which upgraded the monitoring level and optimized the taxpaying service.It can provide technical support for the Real Estate Company and Local Taxation Bureau in tax systemreform by studying this subject.
