Nowadays, people pay more attention to their healthy, and with the rapid development of intelligence,miniaturization technology, the wearable vital monitor device, smart watch that mainly discussed in thisarticle is also with fast-changing, and causes subtle effect in our concept of life and health status.Our objectives aim at two goals:(1) To introduce the principle of the basic functions of smart watch.(2) Base on the typical concerns in the industry design and actual production, we will study anddiscuss them for each one.Three blocks are within this paper:(1) Biocompatibility requirements and the industry design notice for smart watch.(2) EMI protection requirement within design of wearable smart device.(3) Reliability requirement and testing for the finally products.Through carefully analyses and summary of the concerns with the smart wearable device, andcombining with the issue found in finally customer, we concluded that the reasonable industry andprocess design is the guarantee for the function compliance and reliability of the products;biocompatibility, EMI protection and reliability testing is the key points for the finally products in thisprocess. So we shall study with the failure mode and take analyses with the effect in the early stage ofproducts design to avoid sinuated for the mass production, and also enhance the yield.
