As a process designed system platform,CAPP has been gradually transformed to3DCAPP,and using3D CAPP system has a significant impact on digital manufacturing level ofintegration.In this paper,the main work is to research the key technologies of3D CAPP forshaft parts,the study includes:Through analyzing the demand for3D CAPP system,the3D process design tool systemarchitecture was established,the system function module was divide,the key technologies ofthe system was described.And through analyzing the part model data structure to clarify theorganizational model data between management and expression methods.Through the processing characteristics of the definition and classification, andprocessing characteristics of the data analysis,the process characteristics search matchingmethod based on the AGG was proposed,The feature matching rules and pickup process wereestablished,and the feature information extraction could be true.A decision approach based on BP neural network was proposed. By analyzing the leveland spread of the relationship of neural network,the binding decision characteristics of theprocessing scheme.The flow of the decision scheme was designed.The outside circle offeature as an example.The factors affecting the decision-making of outside circle featuremachining was analyzed,neural network model was established.The study sample wasdesigned,and application of neural network toolbox in MATLAB programming,networktraining,and finally through the system to verify the method can sample generate realisticmachining program.The process route optimization based on genetic algorithm method was proposed.thestructures、processes and operation modes of genetic algorithm for path optimization wasanalyzed,and the genetic algorithm coding, fitness, selection, crossover, mutation, constraintsand other parameters of the meaning and value setting principle was described.the final text to a small shaft, for example, to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the entire optimizationprocess.Using CAA and RADE with VS2005integration tools for CATIA secondarydevelopment,designs a prototype system,and gives the realization of the interface of variousfunctional modules.
