Analyzing the current problems, which are that the management idea is falling behind,the degree of standardization is low, information technology is backward, the documents cannot be arranged timely, and the efficiency is low, in the current construction engineeringsupervision, I deeply discuss that how to improve the degrees of standardization andinformation on quality control, schedule control, investment control, contract management,and data management in the construction to avoid the risks in the construction engineeringsupervision:1.This paper reveals the main problems in Chinese current construction engineeringsupervision from the development of construction engineering supervision in the foreign andChina, and so lead readers to the significance and content of this paper.2.With the analysis of meaning and solution of risks in the engineering supervision, thispaper discovers the application of computer information management in the risk analysis ofquality, investment, and security target, and show the new rule of risk analysis from"Surveillance Specification".3.This paper discusses the main contend of supervisory information management systemand analyzes the partition of functional module in this information system based on WebServices. In addition, the paper describes the function and logical structure diagram ofschedule control subsystem, quality control subsystem, and contract management subsystem.Though the developing and using the supervisory information management system, wewant to increase the associations of other departments of supervision, improve the quality ofsupervision, decrease the management cost and realize the company’s administrativepolicy: scientific management, standard operation, professional services, humanitarianism,environmental protection, developing, security.
