Research And Design On Digital TV Monitoring System In Nanchang Broadcasting Company

As an important part of cultural undertaking in China, digital television hasbecome a main transmission media to enrich people’s spiritual and cultural life.Security broadcast is the lifeblood of radio and television. So it’s a question that thepeople radio and television must pay attention to how to ensure signal transmission ofhigh-quality broadcast and how to ensure programs political security broadcast. Asthe signal source and the exchange center of digital cable TV network, digital TVfront-end is the core of the cable TV platform. No doubt, the priority of safe broadcastis to establish a digital TV front-end monitoring system for effectively monitoringbroadcast.In this paper, the main research work is to design a new digital TV monitoringsystem in Nanchang broadcasting company. The system can automatically monitordigital television signals. And it has an effective alarm for each link to find theartificial malicious interference, has automatic action abilities and has the capabilityof data analysis and query. The monitoring service and system maintenance can beintegrated networked and unified managed. The system is based on TS over IP. The IPsignal consists of breakdown recording and inquiring, signal monitoring, tableaudisplaying, TS flow recording and manage front-end.
