Design And Implementation Of Data Recovery And Erasure Software Based On Android

Smart phones have brought huge changes to people’s daily life since the date of its birth. More and more people start to use smart phones and become more and more dependent on smart phones. However, while people are enjoying the convenience brought by mobile Internet and smart phones, information security issues also gradually appear to us. On smart phones, there are many kinds of ways to protect users’privacy. This topic mainly focuses on users’personal data and provides some protection with both recovery and erasure.This paper first introduces the research background, objectives and significance, and then briefly introduces the architecture, security mechanism, and file system of Android system. Then for data recovery and erasure, this paper expounds files’organization structure on both FAT32and EXT4and the corresponding technical principles. In the design part, this software will be divided into Android application module and Linux module and these two sub-modules will be introduced along with the realization of the software combined with flow chart, use case diagram, etc. In the end, the testing results and running results are presented. At the same time, this paper summarizes this research topic and proposed some issues that can be further improved in the future.This research is based on Android and finally designs and implements a sort of software for data recovery and erasure to meet users’ demands. The software has passed all the tests and reaches the commercial standard. In addition, this software has applied a national patent and is going to be published in the open markets.
