Since the21st Century, the contribution towards Chinese radio-websites has been sped up, and the capital investment、population and quality of stuff、the scale of operation in this field have been increased either. However, there are varies kinds of problems in the development of radio-websites, which influence the develop procedure and have significant meanings towards research on culture of Chinese radios-websites. Through research towards culture of Chinese radio-websites, this dissertation will give a further statement to the current situation of culture of Chinese radio-websites from aspects like website brand, website content,channel setting and data source. Based on the research and statement, this dissertation will use the "Gatekeeper" Theory and "Media Convergence" Theory to analyze culture of Chinese radios-websites from the angel of communication, and lead to a conclusion that culture of Chinese radios-websites contains mainstream culture,"Famous"culture,"Gatekeeper" culture and audio-visual culture; besides, the characteristics and culture functions, which include the public service, value communication, entertainment and image-building, of Chinese radio-websites will be further stated in this dissertation. By the meantime, with the analysis of China National Radio Website as an example, this dissertation will also find problems which exist in the development of brand building, personnel training、resource utilization, and capital investment of China National Radio Website, and offer corresponding development countermeasures towards these problems.
