Proxy Mobile IPv6is a network-based mobility management protocol, which is more effectively manage mobile communications than mobile IPv6. With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and communications technology, possess a variety of terminal equipment is becoming increasingly popular, heterogeneous multi-interface and use of simultaneous connections become an important issue. In this paper, in cases with multiple network interface access PMIPv6mobile devices, I design and development of a multi-connection management system based on proxy mobile IPv6.The system is implemented based on network conditions and user policy, traffic is automatically scheduled between different interfaces of terminal equipment, allocation and scheduling of intelligent flow control systems. How to based on network conditions and user policy and make full use of multiple interfaces terminal devices to schedule flow of different traffic between interfaces is the multi-interface terminal equipment concurrent connections and switching technology research core issues.The system is implemented based on network conditions and user policy, traffic is automatically allocate and schedule between different interfaces terminal equipment. To realize this system, first, make the appropriate extension based on Proxy Mobile IPv6protocol, realize multiconnection and flow mobility support for the network layer. Secondly, the design and implement the function that can monitor the network status, timely sense and update status of each link in the network for flow control reference. Finally, the design of sending user policy and intelligent flow control strategy function, according to the comprehensive results of network status and user policies, adjust the different flows to be transmitted to the best path, to realize the aim of efficient use the network resources.Innovation of this system is according to the network status, user policy and flow control algorithm, automatically regulate the flow into the best interface.
