Network has always been in an unpredictable manner in constant development. The early years of the Internet, Internet is just as sharing of information between research institutions and universities. However, the Internet is as an explosively form, and soon spread to the whole world. Also due to the emergence of the Internet, narrowing the distance between people, improve the ability of worldwide information sharing. However, with the further development of the network, the Internet simple data sharing and transfer has been unable to meet people’s needs, along with the emergence of the network demanding video, voice and other information on the Internet that people put forward higher requirements. Network security, network optimization, quality of service and slowly became a hot topic. It also has become a serious problem.People on the growth and the speed of the Internet hardware upgrade needs do not always match up, in order to solve the user’s demands for quality of service, we need other ways to alleviate this problem.Network resources are always limited, as long as there grabbing case of network resources, there will be quality of service requirements. Quality of service in terms of the relative network services, to ensure quality of service, while certain businesses, probably at the expense of other quality services. For example, in the total network bandwidth is fixed, if certain types of businesses occupy more bandwidth, then the less other businesses can use the bandwidth may affect the use of other services. Therefore, the network administrator needs to be rational planning and allocation according to the characteristics of various business resources on the network, so that the efficient use of network resources.In this paper, a standard10G EPON system as a platform to study the access network to improve the quality of service of some of the key technology research follows: 1) Research and implementation of passive optical network high classification accuracy of traffic classification algorithms, Existing mainstream traffic classification technology SVM (support vector machine), C4.5decision tree and NB (Bayesian), etc. Advantages and disadvantages of different algorithms, but no one can come to a satisfactory classification algorithm results in the existing network conditions. This paper intends to carry out analysis of existing algorithms, and propose a new improved algorithm to adapt to10G EPON system platform.2) Scheduling and quality of service-based passive optical network hierarchical queue. QOS has always been an important research network optimization in different application scenarios, set a reasonable QOS, able to satisfy customer demand, thus improving the quality of services.3) For access network routing features, functionality by adding network coding in10G EPON system to increase the bandwidth of the uplink access, so as to enhance the user experience from the side.
