The Design And Implementation Of Management Platform For Mongolian Radio&Television Programs And Media Asset

Abstract Now some region TV stations in Inner Mongolia are facing some difficulties generally on the less of Mongolian channels and contents, which could not have satisfied the Mongolian people’s spiritual and cultural needs. A solution to content sharing and integration system is proposed by Microwave Bureau due to the limit of Mongolian programs making ability and insufficiency of technologists. The management platform for Mogolian radio&television programs and media asset will be set up for sharing contents among all region TV relying on the existing microwave networks in Inner Mongolia.The solution is shown as follows:firstly setting up an open standard access platform for data exchange and distribution between a region TV station and TV center; secondly creating web portals and information display platform for some precious, representative and interactive contents distribution. Through this platform much more Mongolian audio and video data can be searched or downloaded online. Thirdly building a professional and authoritative commercial platform for Mongolian Information interaction online.
