With the continuous development of China’s aerospace industry,manned space technology have received more arid more attention.The international aid beacon machine has been widely used in manned space area,which is a SOS device of manned spacecraft emergency.Users in the critical moment when distress can use the beacon issued in accordance with international standards of406MHz distress signal.There is a satellite that will deal with the rescue data from the beacon forwarded to the ground station network.The data this machine sent is accurate so that the time to rescue can be as shortly as possible.Paper in406MHz beacon machine as the research object,research that the design and implementation of solutions based on MCS-51single-chip international rescue beacon software,.first introduced the subject of international aid shows bit hardware design, the basic functional requirements and technical specifications. Then the system design, hardware and software functions are assigned, as well as internal and external interfaces, reliability, security and robustness of a joint design of hardware and software. Finally, in-depth study of the International Rescue EPIRB software, with the International Rescue EPIRB receive complete hardware self-test job control commands GPS data reception, according to the received control commands to the GPS data is encoded, transformed into a modulation unit needed pattern, then the control device in accordance with certain timing of work for data transmission. Software needs analysis, outline design, detailed design were gradually introduced, and software test systems and use cases were studied in detail.This paper design was tested. Test results show that the signal of GPS information decoding, the survival of modulation signal, code is correct, the system meets the requirements to realize the expected fuction, achieve this paper puts forward that performance indicatiors, the development of search and rescue beacon machine work has practical significance.
