Our country real estate profession underwent more then20years development toobtain made great strides. People dwelling in the commercial residential is the maintrend in the city today. The quality of property management is an important factor tomake people satisfied. It is important that how could we improve work efficiency andpay the lowest price.We observe info system in the world nowadays it is a necessaryof the survival and development of Property Manager Company(PMC).Our analyzed management information system of commercial residential,andstudied about bussiness of middle scale PMC,and then designed the info system. Thesystem’s design and implementation is base on UML. This is a double mode runningsystem, WAP and Web. Visual Studio2005, ASP.NET, C#and SQL Server2005are used in system. First, the system feasibility and demand were analysied, thepaper used the software engineering normal method and UML, list the StructureDiagram, three layers of ASP.NET tree Diagram. Our focuse on the implementationprocess of a charge control management module, many UML diagrams, E-Rdiagrams, and screen printing are used. Finally the time list of maintain managementmodule are tested, at the same time other module are tested by entering newinformation. Through the test found that the existing link system design andimplementation issues, so as to improve the usability of software.Web and WAP double mode running has greatly help for manager supplingservice and it provides a convenient channel to log on Website. This system greatlystrengthened the relationship. It help to Integrate the bussiness of the PMC,implement a "digital" management. All that help to promote companies’ servicequality and enterprise image.
