Design And Implementation Of Railway Materials Management Information System

After China became a WTO member, domestic and foreign trade into the highgrowth phase, with suitable, the logistics industry has achieved rapid development.Logistics companies in their daily operations, cost structure, information managementand data transfer efficiency larger proportion. To enhance the operational efficiency oflogistics enterprises, the need to improve information and transmission managementsystems to meet the development needs of the information age. The rapiddevelopment of Internet technology, logistics and transport companies to bring achallenge, but also to the organization and management system, operation mode andother new opportunities.The whole framework and results of this dissertation are as follows:Firstly, the basic technology of railway enterprise materials managementinformation system were studied to establish a material management system based onB/S technology. Secondly, the characteristics and needs of the railway enterprisematerials management conducted in-depth analysis to determine the topologymanagement system should have the support material, the overall architecture and themain function modules and operational procedures. Again, based on a hierarchicaldesign ideas for the mutual influence and interaction between different levels ofdescription are described, and for the practical application of the function forhierarchical design reflects made instructions. In addition, the paper design materialsmanagement system, although its manifestations are different, but the design idea andimplementation methods have universality, can be used in other similar industries,businesses, operating environment, and achieved good results.Overall, this paper supplies at home and abroad with the railway managementsystem related concepts and ideas, using.Net technology, C#as the development language, established based on B/S architecture, materials management system toadapt to the railway enterprise development. Currently, the system has been fullyapplied in the enterprise, stable operation and good effect.
